About Our Bakery
Niko’s Bakery started as a simple class project that spiraled into something much bigger. It all began when a young student was given an assignment to learn how to follow instructions by baking a loaf of basic white bread. He instantly fell in love with the process of making bread, from the process of kneading, to getting the rise right, to getting the perfect golden brown. He knew that for his school’s upcoming business fair, this would be his business.
Gluten-Free Products in process
At Niko's Bakery, most of our products do contain gluten, which is unfortunate for all my gluten-free bread lovers, but luckily, we do have some gluten-free options. Currently, all we offer for gluten-free options our gluten-free scones, but we are working hard to expand our range of gluten-free products to ensure even greater accessibility.
