how we started
Niko’s Bakery started as a simple class project that spiraled into something much bigger. It all began when a young student was given an assignment to learn how to follow instructions by baking a loaf of basic white bread. He instantly fell in love with the process of making bread, from the process of kneading, to getting the rise right, to getting the perfect golden brown. He knew that for his school’s upcoming business fair, this would be his business.
Our Products
Niko’s Bakery sells a plethora of different baked goods. Ranging from simple sourdough, Chocolate vanilla Swirl bread, we got it all. The menu was always changing, and we were always trying to experiment with new things. To see what options we have, go to the Menu section.
